Roasted Broccoli with Lemon, Oregano, and Thyme for Babies

- 1 small head of broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin if possible
- 1/4 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tbsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 lemon Juiced
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the broccoli into small florets, removing any tough stems or leaves.In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, oregano, thyme, and black pepper. Toss to coat the broccoli evenly. Transfer the broccoli to a baking sheet and spread it out into a single layer.
Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until it's tender and slightly browned.
Squeeze half a lemon over the roasted broccoli and toss to coat.
