Equipment

  • 1 Glass container with lid

Ingredients
  

  • 9 tbsp soft rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Nonfat powdered peanuts
  • 1.5 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • Milk of your choice enough to cover the mixture
  • almond or peanut cream for topping (optional) (we love it!)
  • Fruit of your choice for topping

Instructions
 

  • Get a glass container and add 9 tablespoons of soft rolled oats
  • Add 3 tablespoons of nonfat powdered peanuts, 1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
  • Pour in milk of your choice until the mixture is covered
  • Cover the container and refrigerate it for the night
  • The next morning, add almond cream and fruit before serving
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little extra milk or a touch of water
