Overnight Oats for BLW

- 9 tbsp soft rolled oats
- 3 tbsp Nonfat powdered peanuts
- 1.5 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon
- Milk of your choice enough to cover the mixture
- almond or peanut cream for topping (optional) (we love it!)
- Fruit of your choice for topping
Get a glass container and add 9 tablespoons of soft rolled oats
Add 3 tablespoons of nonfat powdered peanuts, 1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
Pour in milk of your choice until the mixture is covered
Cover the container and refrigerate it for the night
The next morning, add almond cream and fruit before serving
If the mixture is too thick, add a little extra milk or a touch of water
